I have progressed from the role of GEO Human Resource Apprentice to GEO Human Resource Specialist. During this time, I have gained valuable proficiency in Microsoft Word, as well as experience using Workday. I have actively participated in handling and resolving employee cases, and I have had the opportunity to contribute to the MBRG team at UPS.

Throughout my nearly three-year tenure at UPS, I have progressed from the role of GEO Human Resource Apprentice to GEO Human Resource Specialist. During this time, I have gained valuable proficiency in Microsoft Word, as well as experience using Workday. I have actively participated in handling and resolving employee cases, and I have had the opportunity to contribute to the MBRG team at UPS. This program focuses on supporting and educating employees through various monthly celebrations, including LGBTQ+, Ramadan, Black History Month, and Asian History Month.
 

It is a pleasure to introduce myself. I'm a graduate college student at Robertson College, where I completed the Business Administration Human Resources Coordinator program. My decision to pursue this course stemmed from a desire to enhance my knowledge and skills in fostering improved work environments and advocating for employee rights.
