I am a multi-talented creative with experience in visual arts, music, fashion, video, audio, and graphic arts production. I have three bachelors degrees in psychology and health sciences and extensive experience in banking, insurance, and clerical work. I am a writer of fiction, a children's book writer/illustrator, and I have produced two CDs of original music with another on the way. I am a needle arts enthusiast, designer, and silk artist.

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse who uses my creative energy in the form of visual and music art to help educate others recognize and break from narcissistic/codependent trauma bonds. I am an activist, committed to exposing government corruption and speaking out against those who traffic and victimise children.
