Drive competitivness for Thales electronic segment : Transversal roles : - On new project introduction (Budget from 50 K€ to 5 M€), - On legacy product and transfer (portfolio of 3 M€). - Manage yearly negotiation. - Development of key performance indicators for the electronic segment (purpose of the license dissertation), - Coordinator of the worldwide sourcing on the PCBA commodity for Europe. PROGRAM MANAGER SILVER - RAW MATERIAL COMMODITY JULY 2021 - MARCH 2022 Lead the transformation of the silver raw material category representing 120 ME spend and management of a team of 3 persons. Main missions : - Increase multisource ratio to secure business continuity. - Participate and influence Make or Buy Strategy and Business Continuity Roadmaps. - Leverage other cross regional opportunities (benchmark, parts/subassemblies, supplier base) to drive material productivity - Identify, validate & implement technical productivities with related stake holders (Business Unit, Industrial Deployment, Category Management and Suppliers).

Management of 25 millions euros spend on cable assembly, batteries and function commodities for GSC Europe.
