I graduated with Finance and Management degree in 1994 and I worked as Customer Service Representative for many Years. I learned how to build relationship with customer and company. I loved working with customer. I am currently looking for a new opportunity.

Experience

  • Provided outstanding bilingual customer service in both English and French, in person and over the telephone throughout Canada, France & US (in and outbound calls)
  • Managed front desk customer service, booked appointment, re-directed calls, answered all enquiries, doubt with suppliers and did data entry
  • Prepared documentations and reports, invoices, can prepare accounts receivable and payable, did inventory and orders, in addition to providing monthly reports 
  • Inbound sales of magazines and Bell Mobility/TV/Internet products, including booking appointments and doing follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction
  • Created and maintained administration files, scanned documents and complete package binding, drafted letters and memos 
  • Prepared documents for the probation officer, court brief, social worker
  • Reading purchase orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, and / or shipped and prepared package for international shipping 
  • Pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, oversee loading and unloading of goods
  • Computer Skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook (2013) and have been known to quickly learn specific software for finances, data entry, shipping and laboratory
