Ma Paulina Jade Misador

I started my career as a Research Analyst at FactSet, where I developed a keen eye for detail by maintaining complex information databases. This role helped me build strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large sets of data accurately. After that, I had the opportunity to work as a Rooms Division Trainee at Hyatt Regency New Orleans. During this time, I rotated through housekeeping and guest services, which taught me the importance of maintaining high standards for guest rooms and delivering exceptional service. I enjoyed ensuring that every guest felt comfortable and well-cared-for during their stay.

From there, I moved back into the business analysis space as a Marketing Business Insights Analyst at Equinix. In this role, I provided valuable insights that informed key business decisions, which reinforced my ability to analyze data and think strategically. Most recently, I worked as a Business Operations Analyst at Avid Technology, where I focused on task management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

My experiences have allowed me to build a unique skill set that combines customer service, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities. I’m excited to continue applying these skills to new challenges and opportunities.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, and I’m currently pursuing Business Insights and Analytics at Humber College in Canada.
