1. Manager Research and operations (Remote), Roman Health, New York, NY, United States. Working as an Independent contractor. • May 2022 – Present • Overall operation and administration of the laboratory, including the employment of competent personnel, equipment, safety, laboratory policies, quality assurance, all testing (including proficiency testing) and test reports. • Responsible for maintaining and improving standards of the sperm transport kit, consulting with regulatory authorities, and educating stakeholders on fertility-related issues. 

2. Laboratory Director, ReproMed Sperm Bank and Andrology Laboratory, Etobicoke, ON, Canada • June 2020 - April 2022 • In this role I used to oversee and manage all laboratory operations related to the collection, processing, storage, and distribution of sperm and tissue samples. some key responsibilities: Compliance and Regulatory Oversight. Laboratory Management. Quality Control and Assurance. Sample Processing and Storage. Research and Development. Collaboration and Communication. 

3. Postdoctoral Fellow, University of Saskatchewan in collaboration with Semex Canada • January 2018 - July 2020 • Research in bull sperm cryopreservation and management of specimens for distribution. • Hands on learning experience in day-to-day operation at St-Hyacinthe centre.

• Conducted research on bovine assisted reproduction, focusing on the preservation of bovine spermatozoa using advanced technologies and artificial intelligence methods. 

4. Research Scientist, First Fertility Phnom Penh, Cambodia • January 2017 - September 2017 • Worked on a research project involving the development of a protocol for the transfer of nuclear material in human IVF and assisted in various andrology and embryology procedures.

 5. Young Talent Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Laboratory of Physiology and Control of Reproduction, State University of Ceara, Brazil • January 2015 - July 2016 • Conducted research on cloning endangered deer species and transgenic goats, focusing on assisted reproductive technologies such as cloning, IVF, AI, and MOET.
