Operations and administrative support professional with hands-on experience coordinating vendors and supporting procurement workflows end to end—clarifying requirements, collecting RFQs/quotes, tracking orders/ETAs, and resolving delivery and invoice discrepancies through clear stakeholder communication. At Interline Technology, I maintain vendor records and purchasing trackers, support quote comparisons and sourcing decisions, and monitor supplier performance using simple KPIs (on-time delivery, response time, issue frequency), while improving visibility through Excel/Google Sheets tracking systems and standardized RFQ/quote templates. I also bring strong documentation, CRM-based activity tracking, and client-facing coordination experience from American Income Life, including generating new leads through referrals and improving team sales performance, plus earlier contract/documentation support from real estate operations at Kafort Limited. 

I have practical Power BI knowledge (Report/Data/Model views, sorting, Top-N filtering)  , and I’m a member of CIPS (15953369) and Chartered Managers Canada/CIM (15480)  . My formal education includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Global Business Management from Seneca College (Apr 2023–Dec 2024, Markham, Ontario)  and a B.Sc. in Banking & Finance from Michael Okpara University (Dec 2015–Dec 2020, Nigeria) .
