As a graduate of the Hospitality Management program, I am a confident professional who can deliver excellent customer service consistently. In addition, I have gained more sensitivity toward both customer and company needs with two years of customer service experience. 

It motivated me to explore other business areas where I could meet the requirements. As a result, I attended Centennial College to study Marketing Management, another place where I could bridge the gap between consumers and brands.

My goal is to create a fantastic customer experience. At the same time, they interact with the company I will be working for, and I look forward to being a Marketer. Keeping customers happy has become my new passion, and I hope to use my creativity to maintain it.
