  • To be able to utilize and provide a high conversion rate on each allocated database of the bank’s campaigns and promotions.
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs, including account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Opening and closing accounts, helping customers with account maintenance and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Handling both cash and non-cash transactions, including currency conversion, fund transfers, withdrawals, and deposits, all while preserving cash drawer accuracy.
