Hi there,

I am an RP working from Ontario Canada. I work with couples, individuals, youth, family and adolescents in a client centred and collaborative approach, that emphasizes individual strengths and resiliencies in order to overcome life's challenges.

Experience

  • Providing therapy services to individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents using largely eclectic approach, drawing heavily on principles from: narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, dialogic therapy, solution focused therapy, the Gottman method, and CBT as necessary and appropriate
  • Working diligently to foster safe and inclusive space to help clients feel comfortable discussing intimate subjects related to thoughts, feelings and experiences
  • Addressing wide array of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, anger, self-esteem/self-image, grief/loss, trauma, parenting, life transitions, marginalized communities, career dissatisfaction and religious/spiritual concerns
  • Adhering to all HIPAA and CRPO standards
