  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Closely work with the payroll department by providing data after validation (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) related to staff's monthly salary
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Conduct onboarding/orientation to newly hired employees
