- Ability to provide day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Clerical and administrative functions, update employee database
- Prepare documentation and generate various reports (HR Planning, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Closely work with the payroll department by providing data after validation (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) related to staff's monthly salary
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct onboarding/orientation to newly hired employees
