Passionate and results-driven sales and customer service professional with solid experience in tourism, cultural products, and retail. I began my career in Iran by organizing and selling local tours to international travelers, where I developed a deep understanding of customer needs, travel logistics, and service excellence. Alongside this, I created and sold traditional Persian clothing and handmade accessories, blending cultural appreciation with entrepreneurship.
Fluent in Persian, English, and German, I’ve worked in diverse, multicultural environments, serving clients from around the world in both hospitality and retail settings. My strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to build trust with customers have always been at the heart of my success.
Since moving to Canada, I’ve actively invested in upgrading my skills to succeed in the local job market. I’ve completed several programs including PIC (Digital Hospitality Skills), Customer Service Training, and Focus@Work at YWCA. These programs helped me better understand Canadian workplace expectations, customer service standards, and how to thrive in fast-paced team environments.
I’m excited to bring my international experience, creativity, and people-first mindset to a company where I can contribute to customer happiness and grow professionally.
