ASSISTANT POOL MANAGER:

  • Supervision and management of an aquatic facility. And trained to respond at 15 different aquatic facilities throughout the city of London.
    Responsible for ensuring smooth operations during swimming lessons, Aqua-fit, and other scheduled programming. 
  • Maintenance of facility logs, and first aid equipment. 
  • Conducted interviews, hiring clinics, employee orientation, and training on behalf of aquatic management.
  • Pool movement including movable floors and bulkheads.
  • Enforced facility policies, rules, regulations, and use of PPE to ensure the health & safety of all patrons and co-workers.
  •  Management and supervision of Lifeguards, Instructors, Building Attendants, and Cashier staff.
  • Scheduling, administration, data entry, and maintenance of employee correction records.

ADVANCED AQUATIC LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR/EXAMINER:

  • Created a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere, while instructing candidates of all ages and abilities.
    Certified Instructor of Standard First Aid, Airway Management/HCP CPR-C, National Lifeguard, and Bronze Programs by the Lifesaving Society. 
  • Soon to hold Instructor Trainer Status by May 7th.
  • Certified Bronze Examiner, First Aid Examiner & Examiner Mentor.

LIFEGUARD & SWIM INSTRUCTOR:

  • Enforced facility policies, rules, regulations, and use of PPE to ensure the health and safety of all patrons and co-workers. 
  • Responded to emergency situations and provided first-aid treatment while functioning harmoniously within a team at 15 different aquatic facilities.
  • Provided quality swimming lessons to all LSS levels, and to swimmers of all ages and abilities.

FRONT DESK ATTENDANT:

  • Provided information to patrons while enforcing all mandated policies, and procedures.
  • Scheduled and booked patrons for aquatic events and activities.
  • Created accounts, updated personal information, and collected payments while providing excellent customer service
  • Accepted and deposited money in the form of cash, cheque, debit, and credit. 
  • Assisted patrons and directed customers.
