Energy and Utilities providers (Canada)  VPN Management - Absolute (Previously, Netmotion) – Tool which allows users to transition from traditional secure remote access technologies to a zero-trust approach, without affecting productivity or admin controls.  Configuration and Management of VPN tool  Prepared, reviewed, and presented technical reports during Daily Operations meetings with Customer. Created Project SOPs and documentation for processes  Lead troubleshooting sessions to resolve network security and remote access issues  Handle incident management and incident response tasks 3.
