My name is Marc-Olivier Labonté,

I’m currently living in Whitehorse, Yukon.

I am a Control Room Operator at Victoria Gold Corp. using DeltaV in DCS going on 2 years now, managing a dozen Conveyors, 4 Metzo Crushers, Dust collector system, Lube Pumps, Screen Decks and Rock Breaker, all while maintaining good communication with various departments about the Plant operations (Electrical, Millwrights, Environmental…) and tracking maintenance performed on equipment.

Safety is a core belief of mine in the workplace and I work hard to maintain a high level of safety for people around me as well as for the property.

I strive to meet production goals and identify performance issues in equipment so that we can have a better understanding of the operation.

I am applying here today in hopes to share my experience with you as well as expanding my skills and knowledge in this field..

I am open and willing to discuss relocating options for work opportunity.

 • Maintain comprehensive records of equipment performance, downtimes, and maintenance activities, enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency

. • Implement and adhere to Lock-Out procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production line, minimizing downtime and maintaining production targets.
