About Marcus Sorrell:

Hi, my name is Marcus. 

I am a part time student currently completing my bachelor of arts in History at Queens uNiversity. I am available for the next 3 months, with open availability for shifts Monday-Friday and weekends as necessary. 

I have developed my work ethic from a background in sanitizing retirement homes from 2021-2022, and from having a kitchen staff job in 2023. I work dilligently and punctually, with attention to detail,  accountable communicative skills with my supervisor, and a positive attitude while in service, gathering tips with the “service with a smile” method.

Experience in various service industry positions: (Food, Kitchen Staff, The Grizzly Grill 2023), (Cashier, and stock organizing volunteer, YGK Thrift, 2022-2023), (Sanitization worker, Chartwell Gibson, 2021-2022). 

Education

BAH in History at Queens Universty; classes in History and The Modern World, Art and Society, and other articulate courses that enforce critical thinking skills, conversational exercises, and the ability to understand the message from what is being said.
