 I have experience working as a prep cook, pantry cook, line cook, pastry cook, pastry sous chef, kitchen supervisor. I can cook in big quantities without any problem.
I do have the ability, knowledge, and strength to work and focus even under pressure. I can manage to work savory and sweets and baking bread too. Hopefully you can give me the chance to be part of your team. In my prior job at the residence one of the most amazing moments I have experienced were the calls made by the residents, letting me know that their meal was delicious. Hope to have a job with you and can continue creating those precious memories. I have my MAPAQ.
I can easily adapt to any kitchen and work with efficient any recipe. Even though I only speak English and Spanish I am putting a lot of effort into studying French every day and be able to speak fluently soon. I can follow any recipe or instruction in French even though I’m in the beginner level.
 

I work in several restaurants from fast food to fine dining. I can prep from scratch and follow every recipe. 

I went to Chicago Cooking of Chicago and learn the base of cooking but I skilled my abilities working hard in the kitchen learning from others. My passion for food helps me to deliver great dishes and service.
