Margherita DiFilippo

Worked for the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board for 32 years as a Guidance Secretary.  Extensive responsibilities such as registration, collection of fees, maintenance of student records, generate report cards, liaison with Administration, Board Office personnel, Ministry of Education pertaining to course curriculum and board reports to ensure proper capital grants were appointed to our school.

As previously described, my career with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic School Board as an Administrative Assistant had too many duties to detail.  The Guidance Department consisted of counsellor, Youth Worker, Social Worker and Psychologist.  Recommending students to the appropriate specialist as per their situation.  Working with students and parents, main office, teachers and attendance office.
