Briefly speaking, I specialize in conflict, whether internal to a person or group or between people or groups.  I'm a trained mediator and negotiator and I'm passionate about helping people realize that they have options for resolution, always….

I have over 30 years of experience in listening to people and helping them through all manner of conflicts.  My first step is to listen.  Imagine telling someone the WHOLE story right from the beginning-without interruption or judgment.  Someone new to provide an objective view of your situation with experience in communicating in conflict. I can work with individuals or groups as appropriate with the goal of ensuring safe and effective communication and working toward resolution(s).   Walk away knowing that you always have options…. take the first step and call me.  

Should referrals be appropriate to external people or resources (counsellors, lawyers etc), reliable contact information will be provided and connections made on your behalf, if applicable, and only, with your permission unless required by law.
