  • Led Accessibility for large-scale multiplatform projects for gaming and sports solutions (Web/Web Mobile, iOS, Android apps). 
  • Tightly worked with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, business analysts, and project managers) educating and consulting them to optimize the development process and align with the accessibility landscape.
  • Developed accessibility guidelines containing best practices, design considerations, and checklists targeting different teams (Designers/UX, Developers, Product Managers). 
  • Evaluated websites and product software technologies prior to implementation for accessibility ease and provided feedback to mitigate potential non-compliance risk.
  • Closely collaborated with internal and external resources to drive accessibility best practices and keep awareness of Digital Accessibility in the company. 
  • Investigated market and available vendor solutions, libraries, and widgets that potentially could be integrated into the OLG products.
  • Closely collaborated with software vendors instructing them and supervising the ongoing accessibility process during the entire product lifecycle ensuring the best quality.
  • Conducted accessibility audit against WSAG providing detailed recommendations including impact and technical solutions.
