I was an international student at StFX University from 2016-2020. Graduating during the pandemic was a rough way to start in the professional world. I started cleaning supermarkets while I waited for my work permit to arrive, finally in November 2020 I got it. Immediately threw myself into healthcare as a physiotherapist assistant and later on, move clinics to be a Rehabilitation Specialist. Movement is something I'm passionate about. After some time, I needed a change. I applied to be a Residence Life Coordinator at StFX and moved back to Antigonish, NS. While working here I have learned how to implement my nurturing nature and background into creating a diverse, accepting and thriving environment for students that live in the buildings I oversee.

• Administers residence life programs.
• Develops programming and guides student staff and volunteer programming efforts.
• Submits regular written reports documenting developments in residence including incidents, key issues of concern, student and staff conduct, as well as programs and activities.

• Hold weekly team meetings, 1:1 meetings and management team meetings.
• Research and implement new methods/programs in residence.

Operations Manager
