I am a seasoned HR manager with years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Over the years, I have specialized in the psychology of the selection process and the candidate, working with recruitment companies and as a responsible for human resources in three different companies. 

My focus is on continuously improving the selection process to find the best candidates for each position, specializing in effective communication and empathy to create a comfortable environment for candidates to show their true potential.

I am an expert in applying psychological tests and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidates objectively and accurately. I believe that every candidate deserves a fair and equal chance to showcase their skills and abilities, and I always strive to create a level playing field for all candidates.
