As a versatile healthcare professional with four years of dual experience in hospital-based acute care and community-based rehabilitation, I have mastered the full cycle of patient management—from initial assessment and care planning  to treatment, reassessment, and successful discharge. My clinical expertise spans from neurological to musculoskeletal, and to pediatric populations, but my impact extends beyond the bedside into healthcare leadership and administration.

I have a proven track record in Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance, notably spearheading the revision of hospital handbooks to align with updated national health protocols especially during the pandemi. Additionally, I have served as a Clinical Coordinator, where I mentored and managed PT interns, ensuring high standards of care and educational excellence. This combination of front-line clinical skills and administrative oversight, backed by my Canadian Health and Human Service Management education, allows me to bridge the gap between patient care and efficient health service operations.

Human Resources & Employee Development: Gained core competencies in HR functions, with a specialized elective in Employee Learning and Development—perfectly complementing my previous experience as a Clinical Coordinator for interns as well as my qualification to help clinical on-boarding for new staffs and  create training manuals.
