Marie Wachowiak

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a specialization in psychopathology and transcultural
clinical psychology, and I am passionate about understanding human behavior. Curious and highly motivated, I am eager to apply my skills within your team while continuing to develop my clinical practice. Dedicated, energetic, and warm, I am known for my strong work ethic and my commitment to supporting others.

I have developed a diverse background through experiences in psychology, childcare, and intercultural environments across several countries. During my internships, I gained practical exposure to psychological settings: observing consultations, assisting professionals, contributing to prevention programs, writing articles, and interacting with patients, including children with disabilities.

I also have strong international experience. Working as an au pair in Switzerland and completing an internship in Malta allowed me to strengthen my autonomy, adaptability, and communication skills while using English daily in multicultural contexts.

I’ve worked extensively with children, managing routines, organizing activities, and adapting to different needs and personalities. I’ve also been involved in community and volunteer roles, such as selling tickets for charity events and refereeing volleyball matches, which helped me develop responsibility, teamwork, and conflict‑resolution skills.

In addition, I have solid analytical and methodological skills in psychological testing, research, data collection, and basic statistical analysis, supported by tools like Jamovi and Microsoft Office.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Picardie Jules Verne (2021–2024). My studies focused on psychopathology, clinical psychology, and transcultural clinical psychology, giving me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, mental health, and intercultural dynamics.
