companies. I started work as an assistant accountant, preparing reports and assisting 
the accountant in day-to-day work that needed to be done to get the financials 
prepared on a monthly basis. Then I was promoted to an accountant for Belize 
Aquaculture Limited (shrimp production company), and Gallon Jug Agroindustry 
Limited (coffee production, pepper sauce production, cattle farming, and lumber 
production), I prepared monthly Financials and annual Financial Statements. I worked 
with the Group Financial Manager assisting where necessary and also assisted 
external auditors with reports and any other details they needed. I managed six staff
