Experience

  • Experienced with Microsoft office 365 and its collaboration tools.
  • Experienced with supporting customers including interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication through phone, forms, ticketing system and in person.
  • Experienced with administration and supporting of DNS server, Active Directory environments, domain controllers and replication GPO, Office 2010,2013,2016, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, SharePoint, TCP/IP protocols, WAN/LAN configuration, VPN, Wireless and remote desktop service management.
  • Knowledge on Cyber-Security to prevent attacks.
  • Knowledge of azure cloud.
  • Solid experience in trouble-shooting issues regarding internet and Microsoft VPN connectivity, WSUS, Microsoft exchange, Microsoft outlook, smartphones, android, Hyper-V backup and configuration, active directory domain configuration, print server management (port redirection, internet printing and printer pooling) and server monitoring.
  • Experienced with Windows installation, troubleshooting XP, 7, 8.1, and 10.
  • A fast learner, detail oriented and excellent team player with strong time management skills to prioritize workload and consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast- pace environment.
  • Provided accurate information and reports on IT products or services. 
  • Followed up with client, gained feedback, and saw the problems through resolutions.
