I have 4.5 years of experience in Pivotree as Support System Specialist  role whose main task was to handle Jira support tickets( IT Incidents,Changes,Problems and Knowledge base documentation).

I have 2.8 years of experience in Hexo Corp as IT Services Coordinator role whose main task was to be change manager (to handle change request tickets ,coordinate CAB meetings  with inter departments bring changes to efficient closure) and procurement  coordinator tracking IT inventory budget expenses.
