For the past 12 years, I have been working with Oracle databases on a 24*7 enterprise level as an Oracle DBA and a Linux sys admin. I have experience with Oracle DB versions 10g to 23c, including ASM, RAC, Grid, Physical/Logical Data Guard, and Oracle Goldengate based on Unix/Linux platforms like HP-UX, Solaris, Red Hat, Oracle Linux, and SUSE. I also have good experience with MS-SQL Server as a core and application DBA for two years. Shell scripting and PL/SQL code development are my strong suits. Also, I have extensive experience with

• Managing senior-level technical duties including installation, patching, upgrading, migration, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and administration of Oracle RAC 19c,18c, 12c, 11g ,and 10g databases in heterogeneous environments like Solaris, HP- UX, Linux ,and Win2k platform.
• Designing and implementing high availability plans including Oracle RAC, ASM and Data Guard to decrease system failures.
• Having deep experience with Oracle security features such as Oracle Database Vault, Oracle Audit Vault, Audit mechanism, Roles, Privileges, Oracle Wallet, Proxy users, User profile, and System Trigger.
• Monitoring and tuning complex OLTP databases with several thousands of concurrent users using AWR, TKPROF, OEM, STATSPACK, and custom scripts.
