Menelike Bentum Mensah

I am a soon to be university graduate with a strong interest in business analysis, data analytics, and technology-driven solutions. Through my academic and co-op experiences, I have developed skills in problem-solving, project management, and data-driven decision-making. I thrive in both team-based and independent environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and technologies.

I have gained diverse experience across business administration, data analysis, and customer engagement through roles in the public and private sectors. At the Canada Revenue Agency, I worked on cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing communication across departments. As a Charity Engagement Consultant at CanadaHelps, I developed strong sales and relationship management skills by advising charities on digital fundraising tools, conducting Zoom presentations, and managing client interactions. At Ozz Electric, I supported project administration, IT troubleshooting, and document management, improving organizational efficiency.

I completed my high school diploma and am now in my final year semester of my Undergraduate program, Business Technology Management at TMU. Will have my degree by June.
