I have a strong professional background with a focus on business analysis, project management, and healthcare systems. 

In my role as an Associate Professional Business Analyst at Dedalus Healthcare IT, I acted as a bridge between technical teams and the business, where I elicited and communicated client's requirements. I conceptualized and implemented solutions for Healthcare IT projects in the UK & New Zealand regions. Additionally, I produced reports and presentations based on business intelligence data and provided technical documentation and user training during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

During my time as an Operations Analyst at Sigaram International, I collaborated with stakeholders to define project requirements and created comprehensive project plans. I also made significant improvements in client service ratings by analyzing customer behavior and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs). I developed detailed analytics and reports to facilitate informed decision-making and effectively managed project scope changes through change management strategies.

In my internships, I worked on various management projects in hospitals, where I successfully implemented healthcare IT tools and showcased my problem-solving skills.

I possess proficiency in various software tools, including Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio. Additionally, I have attended conferences and workshops, and actively engage in extracurricular activities, showing my commitment to personal and professional development.

Overall, I possess a combination of analytical and technical skills in the healthcare and business sectors, along with a dedication to community service and continuous learning.
 

My educational journey has been enriching and diverse. I pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pasadena in Hawaii, Western United States, between September 2019 and December 2020. During this program, I delved into courses such as Entrepreneurial Leadership, Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Plan, and Turnaround Management.

In addition to my MBA, I also completed an Integrated Master of Science (MSc) in Healthcare Systems & Life Sciences at Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, India, from August 2015 to June 2020. Throughout this course, I had the opportunity to study a wide range of subjects, including Business Analytics & Intelligence, Pharmaceutical Management, Quality Management, Hospital Function & Services, and Medical Terminology, among others.

My academic pursuits have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a comprehensive understanding of both business and healthcare systems. I believe this educational background has prepared me well for my professional endeavors, allowing me to bring a unique perspective and valuable insights to any work I undertake.
