Experience

  • Take initiative to proactively share knowledge and/or experience with team members
  • Acquire and develop a subject matter expertise of UK pensions for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, their benefit structures and the data and calculations involved in operating them
  • Lead from technical perspective, projects associated with analyzing data quality, identifying data issues and proposing solutions
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensure that all delivery promises, and performance standards are achieved and prepare written and analytic material that provide recommendations and actions for a variety of services and deliverables
  • Adhere to standard processes, procedures and documentation for due diligence exercises
  • Ensure that targets and deadlines are met for submission of expenses and timesheets
  • Attend client meetings or manager meetings and work with Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs e.g. automation, full use of standard products
  • Handle a variety of administrative task, like; workload allocation, sending SOD and EOD reports, point of contact in absence of Team Lead and Senior Administrators
  • Discuss process updates and conduct error discussion
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
