I have experience in a front desk setting doing such tasks as answering, working with a fast pace environment, operating multiple lines systems, experience with CRM, handling complaint and ticket creation with follow-up, assisting with new hire training, handling courier services and waybills filing, answering client inquiries, checking status, building rapport, and account management,
