Micaila Rafuse

I am a versatile graphic designer with experience across freelance, studio, nonprofit, government, and retail environments, combining strong creative skills with adaptability and a solid work ethic. My background includes providing comprehensive branding and design support such as logo reconstruction, brand kits, annual reports, social media graphics, marketing assets, and motion graphics for organizations including the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care, the Government of New Brunswick, and AIDS New Brunswick. I have worked in fast-paced production settings editing and colour correcting large volumes of school photography, preparing files for system integration, and supporting printing and distribution workflows while meeting tight deadlines. Through freelance work under M.R Designs, I have delivered branding, merchandise, illustration, video editing, and promotional materials for small businesses and children’s books, gaining hands-on experience in self-promotion, e-commerce, and client communication. Alongside my creative roles, my long-term retail experience strengthened my customer service, team leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, allowing me to bring both creativity and reliability to every role.
