I have led national logistics networks that improved service performance and reduced transportation costs, redesigned procurement and vendor management programs that strengthened compliance with in public and private sectors, and implemented S&OP/SIOP processes that increased forecasting accuracy and inventory efficiency. At Somagen and Andau Medical, I stabilized complex healthcare supply chains during periods of high demand and regulatory pressure, while at Custom Delivery Solutions I optimized hauler networks and regional operations to improve on‑time performance. Earlier at Postmedia/Sun Media, I modernized large‑scale distribution operations supporting one of Canada’s largest media networks.
