With a strong and diverse professional background, I bring extensive experience and expertise gained during my tenure at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and as an Office Manager. At BPI, I served as a Relationship Management Associate from 2014 to 2015, excelling in creating daily and weekly reports on sales productivity for the AVP, while providing essential administrative support to the relationship manager, contributing to meeting and exceeding target sales. My dedication to client satisfaction led me to present the bank's comprehensive range of products and services to clients, encompassing deposits, investments, loans, credit cards, and other offerings, receiving recognition as a Top Service Associate and Outstanding Performer in area sales and service campaigns. Building on this experience, I transitioned into the role of an Office Manager at Core and Partners, Inc. / CORE Advisory Group Inc. in April 2021. In this capacity, I have been responsible for maintaining procurement processes and efficient office management. My multitasking skills have been put to use in organizing and managing essential company records, including vendor invoices, corporate documentation, and investor-related materials. Utilizing my expertise in bookkeeping and QuickBooks, I regularly reconcile bank accounts for inter-companies, ensuring accuracy and financial integrity. Moreover, I have provided executive support to the senior management team, handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion. My proficiency extends to preparing account statements for investor debt and equity investments, responding to contractor emails, coordinating bill payments and service requests to various utility companies, and processing payroll for employees and contractors across multiple companies. My comprehensive experience in both banking and office management positions me as a well-rounded professional with the ability to thrive in diverse and demanding environments.

I hold an impressive educational background that includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management earned from the Canadian Institute of Management and Technology in Mississauga, Ontario, which I completed from September 2017 to September 2020. Prior to that, I successfully achieved a Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, between 2000 and 2004. It is worth mentioning that I have also obtained a Canadian Educational Credential Assessment Equivalency (ECA) for my three-year Bachelor degree. My diverse educational journey reflects a strong foundation in business management and administration, combining international and Canadian qualifications, enabling me to excel in various professional endeavors.
