I previously worked in many leadership roles, primarily resolving strategic issues related to sales & marketing and customer service processes and their implementation. I gained great research, analytical and problem-solving skills while working for past employers. My background in generating innovative ideas and strategies to improve processes has provided me with a deeper understanding of multifaceted problems that companies encounter in their daily operations. Moreover, because of my work experiences, I fully understand how important it is to have a great team dynamic in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment.

My people skills and proven track record in sales from past employers will be the foundations of what will help me continue to flourish in the staffing and recruitment industry. As someone who has already worked in the staffing and recruitment industry, I would be able to support your company almost immediately.

Currently, I withhold an MBA and bachelor’s degree in business management, which is not only very analytical and technical by nature but also helps to build leadership and team-building qualities.
