As a UX Designer, I focused on creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that not only meet user needs but also align with business goals. My design approach is rooted in empathy, research, and data-driven insights to ensure that every interaction feels seamless and purposeful.

In my role as an IT Technical Support professional, I was dedicated to providing top-tier support and solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that systems are optimized for efficiency. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Foundation University, where I focused on strategic management, marketing, finance, and operations.
