Testing Program Manager

•  Managing the full cycle of operations of all high stakes testing programs. Ensuring that tests are delivered to K-12, higher education institutions as well as corporates.
• Overseeing audit/inspection visits to our network of accredited test centers, and distributors as well as for carrying out regular inspections to examination venues across Morocco, monitoring security processes against standards set by our educational assessment partners.
• Conducting spot checks of the testing program service delivery where necessary to ensure readiness for unannounced audits while arranging & conducting self-audits as required.
• Responding to and implementing appropriate recommendations from examination boards, partners and assessment stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for increased efficiency and security in all testing programs delivery and prepare plans to implement these.
• Ensuring training of testing venue staff, test center administrators & proctors for all tests is appropriate and takes into account feedback from partners and quality checks.
• Effectively leading, engaging and managing test center administrators and proctors by providing regular and timely feedback on performance in compliance with all aspects of the testing procedures & regulations.
• Leading on the implementation of all testing programs' delivery improvement plan.
• Managing external stakeholder relations including implementation of Service Level Agreements with key departments, review and revision of these as appropriate. 
• Managing the team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times in line with all testing standards and customer needs.
• Mapping the Customer Journey, measuring the Customer Experience regularly to make improvements.
• Ensuring that quantitative and qualitative information about all testing programs is regularly collected & analyzed in order to raise awareness of key tests in relevant sectors

English Language Program Manager

Ensured English language (EL) program quality in planning, design / development, implementation, & evaluation between different offices
• Developed EL strategic plans based on emerging markets and new opportunities, and including quarterly and annual targets
• Developed marketing strategies, proposals, and budgets contributing to the expansion of the organization's EL program portfolio
