In my 15 years of experience in the industry, I have developed strong competencies in preparing surfaces through blasting, removing rust and old paint , and applying protective coating to ensure long- lasting  durability in using a variety of tools and equipment ,including airless sprayers, blast pots , and compressors.  I also have experience working with different types of coating ,such as epoxy , polyurethane, and zinc-rich primers.

My commitment to safety  is unwavering, and I follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for myself and  my colleagues. i am also accustomed to working in a fast- paced environment, meeting project deadlines without compromising on quality.

1.Surface preparation 

• Abrasive blasting : Removing rust, old paint, mill scale, and other surface contaminants from metal  and concrete surface using high- pressure abrasive materials like sand, steel grit, or glass beads,
• Power Tool Cleaning : using power tools like grinders or needle scalers to clean surfaces in areas where abrasive blasting might not be appropriate.
• Using high pressure water to clean surfaces, often in combination with blasting.

2. coating Application 

• Priming :Applying a base coat to prepare the surface for painting or coating, ensuring proper adhesion and protection.
• Painting: Using airless sprayers, rollers, or brushes to apply paint, protective coating , or finish to surfaces, ensuring even coverage and adherence to specifications.
• Coating Types: Experience with different coating like epoxy , polyurethane ,zinc-rich primers and other corrosion- resistant materials.
