I’m someone who brings energy, warmth, and professionalism to every environment I step into. I’ve worked with people my whole life  from front desk and customer service roles to caregiving and I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and treat everyone with respect.

Being fluent in five languages (Arabic, Somali, French, English, and Afar) means I can connect with all kinds of people, and I love doing that. I take pride in being reliable, organized, and always ready to help. I’m certified in CPR & AED, and I believe safety, communication, and kindness are just as important as efficiency.

I’m looking for a workplace that values dedication, good energy, and someone who takes their role seriously and I’m ready to bring that every single day.

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in customer service and front desk support, including working in fast-paced environments where strong communication, multitasking, and professionalism were key. I’ve managed incoming calls, scheduled appointments, greeted visitors, and handled daily administrative tasks with accuracy and a calm attitude.

In addition to formal experience, I spent 4 years as a family caregiver, which strengthened my problem-solving, patience, and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion. I’m confident, reliable, and known for making people feel comfortable, heard, and respected the moment they walk in or call.
