Scope includes core modules of Finance, Supply Chain and HCM. Domain is Holding Operations, Trading and Manufacturing. Scope includes complex PAAS customizations for developing solutions for Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantees, Loans, Supply chain and Demand planning, Sales commissions, Logistics, Lead and Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, etc. Responsibility includes preparation of Project documents such as Project Charter, Project Plan, estimations of development efforts, managing team effectively towards achieving Project goals as envisaged in proposal and charter, Risk Management, Schedule Management, Scope Management and Cost/Profitability Management.
