• Measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques such as EVM, Quality metrics, Billing and P&L Management of Projects etc. including Revenue and Expense Recognition and Gross Margin Analysis.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including maintenance of Risk Report and Register.
• Solution Architecture – Preparation of SRS, Process Flow Diagrams, ERD, HLD, LLD for Oracle Projects.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial and EVM analysis.
• Development of comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members.
• Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices as per ERP, Information System standards and industry best practices.
• Develop policies, standards, practices for Implementing and configuring Oracle best practices within the financial domain.
• Review functional specifications for use by system developers in order to close all gaps between standard ERP system functionality and customer business processes.
• Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior according to Oracle recommended practices.

Experience

Oracle Fusion Applications Project Manager responsible for leading the fusion implementation at a large conglomerate (Al Fozan) in Saudi Arabia comprising of 9 Business units. Scope includes core modules of Finance, Supply Chain and HCM. Domain is Holding Operations, Trading and Manufacturing. Scope includes complex PAAS customizations for developing solutions for Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantees, Loans, Supply chain and Demand planning, Sales commissions, Logistics, Lead and Opportunity Management, Quotation Management, etc. Responsibility includes preparation of Project documents such as Project Charter, Project Plan, estimations of development efforts, managing team effectively towards achieving Project goals as envisaged in proposal and charter, Risk Management, Schedule Management, Scope Management and Cost/Profitability Management. Responsibility includes managing and addressing the requirements of all stakeholders; internal and external such as client IT Team, Business Users, TechM PMO and Management, Steering committee members. Job profile includes review and approval of complex solution design and architecture across multiple modules and business processes thereafter championing and spearheading adoption of the implemented system across the organization.

Excellent Knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, I-expense),  Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, Oracle Process Manufacturing, Oracle Discrete Management. Competency in both Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud

Excellent Knowledge of SAP FI/CO S/4 HANA
