About Mohit Khanna:

  • Working with GTA’s one of the fast-growing QSR chain. Since 2018 till date has opened 19 Franchise Locations and 5 Coming soon.
  • Have developed and successfully launched 2 new concepts – DOSA BOYZ, HAKKA BOYZ & MOMO LOCO.
  • Provide operational leadership and support to both corporate and franchise locations
  • Preparing and implementing SOPs for both FOH & BOH
  • Menu designing & Menu Engineering

  • Assist in Pre & Post opening setups Support for both Corporate and Franchise outlets.
  • Assist in Making Business plan, Budgeting & financial planning
  • Assist in Sales & Marketing & Social media support 
  • Assessing the existing restaurants operation and help in revenue boosting.
  • Assist the Management is Team building, Staff retention & Motivation strategies. 
  • Assist in Planning Optimum utilization of manpower & recourses to increase Productivity
  • Helping the existing outlet operations to scale up into franchising model.
  • Assist in food Presentation, Styling & Photo shoots.
  • HACCAP, Food Handler & Smart Serve Certification.
  • Certified Trainer – Provide basic & advance Skills training to both FOH & BOH.

Experience

I am having 27 yrs. of hospitality experience and have worked at various positions with lot of Pre-opening exposure in Hotels & Conventions, Fine Dining Restaurants, Cruise ship, Flight catering, Commissary Kitchen, Food factory, QSR, etc.

I have been associated with renowned brands- (Hyatt, Marriott, Novotel, Radisson) and I am very instrumental in handling busy operations and large teams.

I have also developed new Concepts from scratch and expanded then successful into Franchise model .

Education

I have done my 3 years of Hotel Management course and i am a certified Trainer . 

I am HACCP certified and also have a Food Handler & Smart Serve Certification.
