Over 10 years of experience working internationally for organizations like Government of Alberta, HSBC, Legal and General America and Tech Mahindra Ltd. Some areas of expertise include Business Intelligence, Data Visualizations, Data Analysis and Governance, Business Analysis and Project Management. Extensive experience in Business Intelligence related projects right from business analysis and requirement gathering and proof-of-concepts to design and development of reports and dashboards, data analysis, template design, library creation, project structure development, testing and implementation (i.e. entire SDLC). 
Worked in the role of a Business Intelligence lead on multiple projects involving team management, resource recruitment, project launch, training and documentation. Demonstrated praiseworthy deliverables leading a team of IT developers as a Program Manager during a one year contract with the Govt. of Alberta, Enterprise Data and Analytics branch.

Besides, actively involved in community service in areas related to education of children and ways to revolutionize learning sciences through creativity. A member of the Global Educators' Community. Currently working collaboratively with a bunch of researchers at the Lifelong Kindergarten group at MIT Media Lab., helping facilitate their online course and curriculum named Learning Creative Learning. 

Before becoming a Canadian citizen I had lived in the USA, Washington DC area for almost 3.5 years. During that period, I have served Legal & General America as a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst and a Systems Analyst while on a side working as a Maker Educator at the Kid Museum during the weekends.

In Dec, 2014, I was invited to the White House Executive Building, Washington DC, U.S.A., (during President Obama's administration) to demonstrate some of my projects in connection with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) at an "Hour of Code" event.
