- Contract management (codes/standards/contract/technical specification/schedule…),
- Project management and coordination,
- Contract negotiations and proposal,
- Managing EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors,
- Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry,
- Strong knowledge and experience of electrical systems, including LV, MV and HV systems, power generation & distribution, control systems, substation protection relays and subsea power cable,
- Familiar with LOTO procedures and electrical codes and standards,
- Electrical authority & network controller.
- Conversant with ATEX/AINSI/CSA/ISO/IEC regulations,
- Experience in start-up support and handover to Operation,
- Industrial & commercial construction,
- Test & commissioning electrical and mechanical,
- Great civil and Architect knowledge and experience,
- Integration systems and configuration,
- SCADA, DCS, control and network,
- Electrical network monitoring and control system (Siemens, SEL and others)
- Maintenance and operations,
- Water treatment & utilities services,
- Quality control & assurance Quality,
- Computer programming Basic experience: C, Java, python, VHDL and script,
- Hydraulics & pneumatic,
- Procurement & logistics,
- Environment, Health & Safety at workplace,
- Cathodic protection & EHT,
