• Prepare, analyze, and present cost, estimating, planning, scheduling, workface planning (FIWP), interface planning, and performance information to management
• Assists with the development and management of the cost control systems to provide project and company management with accurate financial information. Develop work breakdown structure (WBS), cost breakdown structure (CBS), interfacing with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments. Use Value Engineering (VE) techniques to cut the costs in design, procurement and execution by adopting a systematic and function-focused method.
• Performs independent analysis of data stored in the project management and cost control systems. Create presentations using graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate cost status
• Provides estimates to evaluate various alternatives and support economic evaluations and cost estimates for project authorization and execution purposes, cost-benefit analysis (CBA)
