Over time, I advanced to the role of Production Manager, gaining hands-on experience across commercial offset, packaging, and digital printing environments. Throughout my career, I have produced thousands of print pieces, implemented new technologies, and adapted quickly to evolving production requirements.

My experience includes operating a wide range of printing equipment, managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines. Muhammad Khawer Lodhi is a seasoned Production, Printing, and Packaging professional with 34 years of extensive international experience across the UAE and GCC. His expertise spans commercial and packaging printing, production management, raw material sourcing, graphic design, marketing, and client servicing. He has successfully managed end-to-end printing and packaging operations—from concept, design, and costing to execution and delivery.

Khawer has held multiple leadership roles as Production & Marketing Manager, overseeing factory layout planning, machinery sourcing, workflow optimization, staff hiring, and cross-functional team coordination. He has worked closely with local and international suppliers, ensuring quality control and cost-efficient production. His experience includes handling flexo, screen printing, corrugation (E/B flute), labels, and commercial printing technologies.

Throughout his career, he has built strong customer relationships, represented companies at trade shows, driven business development initiatives, and managed advertising and public relations activities. He has successfully implemented time-management processes, cost-control strategies, and production planning systems to meet business targets.
