Starting my career at McDonald's, I gained valuable experience in the fast-food industry, which honed my skills in customer service and efficiency. Following this, I dedicated a year to volunteering at the Rockyview Hospital gift shop, where I specialized in retail and further developed my interpersonal skills. I am known for being punctual, approachable, and reliable. Having just graduated high school this year, I am eager to apply my experience in retail and food service to new opportunities.

In my Private Business (Oct 2022 - Feb 2024), I provided personalized academic support, leveraging my communication skills to explain complex concepts and tailor teaching methods, while creating a supportive learning environment. 

At McDonald’s Canada (Sept 2022 - Jun 2023), I provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting, showcasing my commitment to quality service, time management, and quick issue resolution. My experiences highlight my ability to work effectively in diverse environments, prioritize tasks, and maintain positive interactions with customers and colleagues.

I recently graduated with a high school diploma, where I actively participated in character and leadership-building activities. Through various school programs and extracurricular involvement, I developed strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
