As a Junior Economist, I have gained valuable experience in working with banks in Brazil like santander bank and Itaú Bank to meet the specific needs of each client to maximize their utility. I have work with with organizations from a wide range of industries, finance, and healthcare. This exposure has allowed me to adapt my approach to different environments and understand the unique challenges they face today and also gained plausible ways of problem solving.

My basic expertise is in creating comprehensive selection strategies. As a Junior financial analysts at Banco de Itua (Itua Bank), I carry out a range of responsibilities that contribute to the institution's financial stability and growth. Also, i am responsible for conducting financial analysis on the bank's operations. This includes assessing the bank's financial statements, analyzing income, expenses, and balance sheets, and monitoring financial performance. Others include: Risk Assessment, Investment analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Data Analysis, Asset and Liability Management,  Loan and Credit Analysis. My team is responsible for ensuring the bank's financial stability, compliance with regulations, and profitability while assessing and managing various financial risks. Our analysis and recommendations play a pivotal role in the bank's overall success. 
At Santander bank as an investment analyst, my primary responsibility was to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to help clients, portfolio managers, or fund managers make informed investment decisions. My role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including: Market research, Investment analysis, Client advisory services, Investment Recommendations, Portfolio Management, and Client Relationship Management. The goal is to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations to help them achieve their investment objectives and maximize returns while managing risks. 
In addition to my experience as a investment analyst, I have also pursued continuous professional development. I have attended industry conferences, participated in workshops, and stayed updated on the latest trends and best practices in investment. This commitment to learning allows me to incorporate innovative techniques and strategies into my work.
