executive hiring, and building strategic partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to align

recruitment efforts with business goals. Proficient in managing recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles,

covering software development, cloud computing, AI/ML, Big Data, Blockchain, and engineering

disciplines. Experienced in hiring developers (Java, .Net, Python), product owners, project managers,
