Supervise the crew on the rig to meet tight deadlines. Work in all elements all year long. Show up for work everyday fit for duty fit for the task. Lead by example and get along with others. Trouble shoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical problems often on the rigs. Nothing is so urgent that it can't be done safely but still get the job done.
Experience
Been a driller supervising 4 to 7 man crews since 1999. Relief Rig manager since 2001 managing super single rigs for precision drilling.
Education
Have achieved level 3 rig technician. Taken second line supervisor's well control.
